Youth @ CNAC
Are you weary, burdened, tired and/or just wanting some rest?! We at CNAC sure do and believe we can have lasting, true rest as recorded in Jesus’ words in Matthew 11:18, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.

What do Youth @ CNAC get up to on Saturdays (Sabbaths)?
We celebrate the Sabbath! Every Sabbath morning our church programs start from 9.45am in the main church with worship through song and an introduction into the Sabbath School lesson. It is sure to be a blessed start to the celebration of the Sabbath day. Sabbath School classes then commence in their respective rooms from 10.00am. If you're interested in studying the Sabbath School lesson and don't have your own copy, the lesson can be found online at http://ssnet.org/study-guides/. You certainly won’t regret reading it!

In this fast-paced, busy and somewhat chaotic world we believe that you can certainly have an abundant full life, as that is exactly what Jesus said He’d give us, as recorded in John 10:10, “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”
